It does not govern information handled under signed rental agreements, which have their own terms.

• Contact details — your name, company, email address and optional phone number when you file a bay request or write to us.
• Rental inquiry content — the bay you select, the berth lines (R-numbers) you reference, term and timing you describe, delivery site details, and any message text you send.
• Correspondence — records of emails, calls and replies exchanged with the dispatch desk.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Server logs — IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and timestamps recorded automatically by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.
• Site preferences — this site does not set marketing cookies and does not run advertising trackers. If analytics are used, they are limited to aggregate traffic statistics.

2.3 Information we do not ask for

Please do not send us payment card numbers, bank account details, insurance policy documents, or government identifiers through this website. The desk never takes payment or policy documents by web form. If payment or insurance verification is needed, it is arranged under the rental agreement directly.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade customer lists.

4. Rental and dispatch records

Bay requests, condition reports, and signed agreements may be retained as business records. Where a record relates to an incident — damage, loss, or an insurance claim — we may retain identifying information associated with the unit for the period needed to process the matter and respond to insurers or regulators. We will not use records of your rentals to profile you for unrelated purposes.

5. When we share information

• Service providers — hosting, email and security providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Insurers and claims parties — where needed to process a damage or liability claim arising from a signed rental.
• Legal process — when required by subpoena, court order, or regulator request, or to protect our rights.
• Business transfer — if the business is sold or reorganized, records may transfer as part of the transaction, subject to this policy.

6. How we protect information

Website traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to correspondence is limited to personnel who need it to run the desk. We retain business records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, after which they are deleted or de-identified. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will act as required by applicable law.

7. Your choices

• You may ask what personal information we hold about you by writing to the contact email.
• You may ask us to correct or delete your correspondence records, subject to legal retention obligations.
• You may decline to submit the bay request — all fields are optional unless marked required.
• You can ask to be removed from future non-essential communications.

Ohio residents may have additional rights under applicable state law; requests may be made through the same contact channel.

8. Children's privacy

This website is a business information page and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
